Pick the Bristol type

Seven tiles, one tap. “Same as last” repeats your previous entry.

Streaks

None, streaks, obvious, or blood only. Urgency and colour if you want them.

Coffee

Tag what might be behind it

Running, coffee, stress, or your own tags. Save. That is the whole entry.

What you get back

No charts, no scores, no grades. Just what you recorded, the way you recorded it.

The stool form

Bristol, bleeding, urgency, colour, tags, note. Backdate if you forgot one.

Thirty days on one page

One line per day. Today shows counts: stools, with blood, urgency, symptoms.

On your wrist

Why I built it

Hi, my name is Honza!

I have ulcerative colitis. I also run trails, do strength training and have two kids, so my days are full and the last thing I want is an app that asks for ten minutes of my attention. I tried the IBD apps out there. Most of them try to be everything at once: diet plans, medication schedules, mood, articles, a community, a dashboard with a score on top. I kept dropping them after a week.

What I actually needed was simple. Log a stool or a symptom fast enough that I really do it every time, on the toilet, on the trail, in a meeting. Then get the data out, so I can look at it next to my training, sleep and lab results in the tools I already use. Nothing did that, so I built Tummidoo for myself. I log in it every day. If you want the same thing, it is yours too.

Tummidoo is at the beginning and I plan to keep improving it. If something is missing or gets in your way, write to me. I want to hear it.

Your data, and where it can go

Stored in your own account on a server in the European Union, never used for ads or analytics. Delete the account in Settings and everything goes with it. The export is plain JSON, so it fits whatever you already keep your health or training data in. Details in the Privacy Policy.

Connect your logs to an AI assistant

Add Tummidoo as a connector in Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant that supports MCP, and ask about trends, possible triggers, or a summary before an appointment. Read-only, approved by you, revocable any time.

What Tummidoo is not. It doesn’t diagnose, rate your disease or tell you what to do. Talk to your doctor about what you see here.
